Taking a break from social media for the past few months, both personally and professionally, has been so refreshing. It removed so much pressure, anxiety, and insecurity, helping me refocus on what's meaningful in my life. And part of that is sharing my no-bullshit thoughts about therapy and life with you! So I'm back. And better than ever. All because I allowed myself to take a break. What do you need a break from?
